May 31, 2018. Today marks the end of the 11th lapsed cycle of completing the Project ALTER MAN 47 alchemical voyage around the world since it’s conception in early 2007. I’ve been toiling away in relative obscurity trying to manifest Project ALTER MAN 47 for the past 7+ years. One of the main stated goals of AM47 is a very unusual diplomatic mission through Iran, which is one of 4 main destinations on the visionary voyage of an alt-fueled ship on a unique mission to circulate *alt-tech+culture* around the world.
The mutinous actions of these 47 US Senators borders on Treason which is punishable by death. And although they will surely slime their way out of their ultimate and well-deserved Justice, please SIGN THIS PETITION to begin the process of their punishment. This may be our chance to Alter the USA forever, or at least show our numbers in opposition.
The dire problems of this age can NOT be solved by the means that created them, and it is past time that this *civilization* began to take alternative solutions seriously. Four locations in perfect cross-quarter formation around the world are naturally manifesting the characteristics of the 4 Classical Elements of ALCHEMY. The mission of Project ALTER MAN 47 (AM47) is to film the journey of an alt-fuel ship that will circumnavigate the globe to connect all four of these points, one every three months, over the course of a year (the timing of the voyage is strictly set to the ancient Egyptian/sidereal astrological year). In so doing this will further generate Synchronicity and help raise the spiritual Awareness of humankind. Departing from the Point of FIRE in San Francisco, to the Point of WATER off the coast of Japan, to the Point of AIR in Turkmenistan/Iran, to the Point of EARTH in the Azores, and back to the Point of FIRE in San Francisco to complete the circle.
When the Sun aligns with the direct center or “Angel Point” of sidereal Aquarius, the Point of Elemental AIR (PoEA) can be expected to manifest in the vast, barren Kara Kum desert of Turkmenistan (just north of Iran). The next PoEA is on 29 Feb 2012 (and 28 Feb 2013, etc.). The AM47 ship was scheduled to have sailed from the Point of WATER off the coast of Japan and have docked at the Iranian port-city of Bandar-Abbas in the Straight of Hormuz by mid-Feb 2012. The crew of AM47 was then to travel north, overland through central Iran to Turkmenistan and into the Kara Kum desert to arrive at the PoEA at 37.47 N, 64.03 E on 29 Feb 2012 (and 28 Feb 2013, etc.). This point lies just east of the ancient city of Mary and the very ancient site of Gonur Tepe. Gonur Tepe is the recently discovered 5th center of world civilization of the ancient world (side by side with Mesopotamia, Egypt, India and China) that was the birthplace of Zoroastrianism (and hence Mithrasism and all monotheism), a religion based on the opposition of good and evil. There, the overland crew of AM47 was to generate, observe, dedicate and send Elemental AIR into Awareness.
The AM47 ship was then to continue its circumnavigation of the globe to the Point of EARTH in the Azores and then return to the Point of FIRE in San Francisco. After a successfully documented and magically transformative journey around the world, the ship was to again set sail north in late-Sep 2012 for Alert, Nunavut, the northernmost inhabited city on the planet near the North Pole, for the Point of Elemental AETHER and the Gateway of Arcturus on 17 Oct 2012 (and 16 Oct 2013, etc.), thus completing The Pentaform: A Psycho-Cosmic Pyramid Crowning Gaia. Although funding for the journey was not secured for this years attempt, the cycle begins anew each year and Project AM47 will try again for a scheduled departure on 01 Sep 2012 (and 31 Aug 2013, etc.) from San Francisco’s FIRE to the WATER of the Japan Trench.

AIRy Facts about Turkmenistan/Iran. Here is a chronological history of all the potent information, news and events from this location, most of which have obviously uncanny Elemental AIR connotations:
1. 4,000 years ago, the “lost civilization” of the Margiana built a great city at Gonur Tepe (just slightly west of the Point of Air in Turkmenistan) which sat at the hub of the crossroads of many cultures. There they invented Zoroastrianism (the first recorded monotheism/dualism which also venerated the 4 Classical Elements and Alchemy) and presided over this vast network of cultures during what was called “the happiest time in the history of the world”.
The Yaz culture is an early Iron Age culture (ca. 1500-1100 BC). No burials related to the culture have been found, and this was taken as evidence of the Zoroastrian practice of excarnation or so-called sky burial.
2. (Ancient) There is a temple in present day Ashkabad in Turkmenistan with the inscription “mehriyan” or “place of Mithra”. The Mithraic Leontocephaline figure has remained enigmatic. But if you consider it’s origins being in the 4 Elements and the 4 Persian “Royal Signs” of the zodiac, it is clear that this lion-headed figure can gracefully represent these: Leo, FIRE (lion head), Scorpio, WATER (serpent coiled – Scorpio was also symbolized as a serpent in Egyptian, Babylonian and Persian myths), Aquarius, AIR (angel body), all standing atop Taurus, EARTH (as a stylized bull’s head/globe/earth). The Leontocephalous/Mithraic symbology is an ancient embodiment of the 4 Elements precessing through the equinoxes and hence, of sidereal astrology and Alchemy itself! Did the Leontocephaline symbology originate in the land that is now modern day Turkmenistan? The figure is of course standing or hovering in the AIR over the EARTH globe.

3. (Ancient) The border between Iran and Turkmenistan was determined by “a supernatural arrow shot through the air” as documented in Persian antiquity. Did this “arrow” land on the AM47 Point of AIR? “When Manouchehr and Afrasiyab determined to make peace and to fix the boundary between Iran and Turan (Turkmenistan), ‘it was stipulated that Arash (Erekhsha) should ascend Mount Damâvand, and from thence discharge an arrow towards the east; and that the place in which the arrow fell should form the boundary between the two kingdoms. Arash (Erekhsha) thereupon ascended the mountain, and discharged towards the east an arrow, the flight of which continued from the dawn of day until noon, when it fell on the banks of the Jeyhun (the Oxus).'”

4. (Ancient) Historically, the favored funerary practice of the peoples of this vast Central Asian region was excarnation (open Air disposal) on “Towers of Silence” (just like Hanging Man!).

5. (1800’s) The society of modern day Turkmenistan is considered one of the most repressive on earth. That stands in diametrical opposition to the very essence of the AIR Element, it can be considered as ‘the shadow of Air’. Elemental AIR represents the intellect, communication, planning, organizing, writing, languages and teaching, as well as commerce and travel. Ancient Turkmenistan was a major trade hub on the old Silk Road linking the East to the West.

6. (2008) Gobekli Tepe, the very recently discovered 12,000 year old catalyst point of civilization is just west of the Point of AIR, and at the exact same latitude!!!!! As far as we now know, human civilization was based on the observation and agreement of the stars above and what the movement of space-time really meant to the human experience.

7. (2008) A team of international surveyors determined Turkmenistan to have the second or possibly first highest natural gas reserves in the world! (AIR, the gaseous state of matter!) .

8. (2008) Turkmenistan is now beginning to enter the news due to its vast energy reserves and because of it’s strategic value as it borders both Iran and Afghanistan. Also because of Turkmenistan’s stance of political neutrality, which is a very AIRy aspect indeed.

10. (2008) Wind Man, a film about an AIR Elemental and Madar, the Angel of Death from ancient Persian myth, played for the first time here in San Francisco. Wind Man was filmed in 2007 right near the Point of Elemental AIR in Turkmenistan!

11. (10 Mar 2010) An unprecedented super-novae event (a nova-level flash event where none was expected) was detected in Cygni V 407, which shares the celestial longitude of the center of sidereal Aquarius. The Sun had aligned with the center of sidereal Aquarius and the Point of Elemental AIR just 10 days earlier on 28 Feb 2010. Though this super-novae event was detected on 10 Mar 2010, it is easy to surmise that the actual event (perceptible to earth) occurred closer to 28 Feb 2010, which was the direct center or “Angel Point” of sidereal Aquarius!

Battling sand-storms and intense isolation, archaeologist Viktor Sarianidi uncovers a city where the dead were disposed through ritual excarnation and astrologer-priests consumed hallucinogenic ritual drinks over 4,000 years ago. 13. (13 Jan 2011) The TAPI natural gas pipeline (short for Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India) has finally been ratified and is expected to bring energy security to the entire region. Turkmenistan is said to have the world’s third or fourth largest gas reserves (although “this could be much higher”), and is of course the Point of Elemental AIR of Project AM47. Plans to pipe natural gas from the region are also in the works for Iran, China, Russia and the EU and the US. This could truly be be one of the harbingers of peace and energy security that we have been waiting for!

17. (14 Feb 2012) Today, the Sun entered sidereal Aquarius (AIR: intellect, innovative communications). In a letter, Iran says it’s ready for nuclear talks. For the love of godz and all existence, let’s not fuck this up mankind, okay.?. The AM47 Point of Elemental AIR is approaching on 29 Feb 2012. What’s going to happen? Something Wonderful… or else.
18. (21 Feb 2012) Today in Afghanistan, deadly violence broke out after U.S. military servicemen disposed of several copies of the Quran by burning them. Afghanistan is just south-east of Turkmenistan. A top Iranian military commander responded by saying “The Muslim world should not accept an apology issued by U.S. President Barack Obama over the burning of Korans in an American base in Afghanistan, and that nothing short of burning the White House can relieve the wound of us.” Speechless. This idiocy by the USA is fucking catastrophic. Unbelievably stupid behavior… I Support Troops Who Break Ranks!!!
19. (22 Feb 2012) The U.N. nuclear watchdog’s IAEA ended its latest mission to Iran after talks on Tehran’s suspected secret atomic weapons research failed, a setback likely to increase the risk of confrontation with the West, not to mention making it nearly impossible for AM47 to complete it’s future mission of global Awareness.
21. (26 Feb 2012) Today in San Francisco I had the good fortune of meeting with Bora Ozkok, an expert on the mythology, shamanism, religion, folklore, culture, language and travel of the region around the AM47 Point of Elemental AIR in Turkmenistan (just north of Iran) and Turkey (Gobekli Tepe). It’s funny that what was shaping up to be the most difficult point of the AM47 journey is now the one that I have the most help with. AM47 was scheduled to be in Turkmenistan on 29 Feb 2012, but sadly the required publicity and subsequent funding for the project was not secured for this years attempt. Yet that this most fortuitous meeting should conspire to occur on 26 Feb 2012, just three days before the target date, is of course further evidence of the Synchronicity and pure Magic at work in the project. 22. (28 Feb 2012) Today is the center of the ancient Egyptian/sidereal astrological sign of Aquarius and the AM47 Point of Elemental AIR. Yesterday, an “Era of Happiness” was declared by the president of Turkmenistan’s totalitarian regime!! His slogan “The happy epoch of the mighty state” is a “call for our future achievements and great deeds”. “In Turkmenistan a new era has begun/ All the Earth is lit up by the light dawn/ The glory has enveloped the heart with an aura of greatness/ And in the mighty state a happy time has begun!”

(16 FEB 2014: Turkmenistan) Central Asian governments are already on heightened alert over the upcoming withdrawal of foreign forces from Afghanistan, and Turkmenistan could now be the most likely Central Asian state to face instability. But Ashgabat (the capitol of Turkmenistan) has not shown any particular distress about the impending changes in Afghanistan, a country with which Turkmenistan shares a 744-kilometer border. No Taliban threats have ever been made against Turkmenistan since the Taliban took control over most of Afghanistan in the late 1990s.
However, it is unclear how Turkmen security forces would react faced with a determined, well-trained, armed group set on causing chaos. It is also unclear what support the Turkmen government could expect from the country’s people should militants appear in Turkmenistan. Turkmenistan is ranked 177 out of 179 on the “most repressive countries list”. It’s security forces are accustomed to dealing with a cowed population; people beaten down by the regime for more than two decades. Turkmen do not dare to oppose the government. The capacity of the Turkmen military forces is very low, so it’s not unfeasible to think that they could be targeted, and subsequently struggle to respond. What would be the reaction from Iran, with which Turkmenistan also shares a 1000+ kilometer border? Or from Russia with its long historical interest in Turkmenistan??
Turkmenistan has long been a coveted base of operations by western forces, yet denied due to Turkmenistan’s unique stance as a UN-recognized neutral nation. Not only is it a strategic wet dream, but it also has the world’s 3rd largest natural gas deposits under it’s vast deserts (Point of AIR), making it a bastion of energy security for everyone from Europe to China.

Alexander, Director of the NSA – Confidentially ;), though I wanted to strongly dislike him, he turned out to be a rather likeable guy with a pretty good Darth Vader impression. And while I can’t really talk specifics on the day’s content, I can tell you what they did NOT address. Everything but the ROOT of the problem was addressed: it was still business as usual rhetoric with America #1, USA can do no wrong, they hate us for our freedom, Snowden Bad/NSA Good, and to essentially erase George Orwell’s warning of “What if the day comes when you disagree with the powers that be that know everything about you.?.” Not once was it posited or considered that our western industries and practices might be a (huge) factor of global instability. And no real solutions were offered as to the inevitable plight of The Whistleblower either. General Alexander told the 100+ crowd that they were essentially the Captains of US Industry & Power. I found the crowd to be a largely uncritical group, which was disappointing and downright chilling to be amidst. The USA is the Dracula of Gaia’s lifeblood, and until the average American learns to Alter our culture around what alternative energy/society can provide instead of fueling a runaway culture of excess, we’re all doomed.
(26 FEB 2014: Iran/Turkmenistan/Kazakhstan) It has been announced that the Iran-Turkmenistan-Kazakhstan railway will come on stream in six months! The AM47 overland crew may well just be able to take the train to the Point of AIR!! Excellent news. And if you think about it, the train is kind of an AIRy transportation… it glides on rails winding over landscapes largely unaffected by the terrain.
(28 FEB 2014: San Francisco) Enter 33rd lvl. Fighter/Magic-User/Thief, Half-Ear (I mean Elf): Stephen Colbert! – I can’t say enough good things about this man. There was a petition going around to try and get him NOT to speak at the RSA Global Internet Security Conference (“Where the world talks security”), but he did it anyway. Sir Colbert, going in knowing virtually nothing about the vast internet security world, was able to tailor a hilarious presentation as if he’d been in the security biz for years. He began by promoting his new (fictitious) online security service “CloudFog” (AIR!) and it’s innovative new random number generator system: the D20! Yes, the classical Dungeons & Dragons 20-sided icosahedron dice. He even rolled it twice for a percentage that I bet was 47. He soldiered on to weave-in more D&D, Fight Club, and too much else near and dear to my heart. He dissed astronomers for demoting Pluto, expressed hope for the AltCoin revolution, and even dropped Alchemical Latin (“yeah – I just dropped Latin motherfucker”)!! When asked what he did in his spare time he expressed his love of JRR Tolkein’s work and that he was an amateur scholar of high fantasy, esp. Tolkein. He is particularly interested in the evolution of Indo-European/Iranian Languages, as Tolkein was… and the collective-unconscious link to AM47-ish things was certainly not lost on me. At this point in the conference my duties were to distribute, collect and record evaluations of the keynote presentations and you’ll be glad to know that Stephen scored a good 93% Great! level evaluation from this historically conservative crowd. Now bear in mind that the ending keynote speakers from the past two years were the renegade war criminals Colon Powell and Conde Rice. But after all the Assange, Snowden and Manning revelations, RSA was clearly trying to appeal to the other side. Seeing Stephen rock this crowd was inspiring and gave me hope. Four locations in perfect cross-quarter formation around the world are naturally manifesting the characteristics of the 4 Classical Elements of ALCHEMY. The goal of Project ALTER MaN 4 7 (AM47) is to film the journey of an alt-fuel ship that will circumnavigate the globe to connect all four of these points, one every three months, over the course of a year and in so doing raise the spiritual Awareness of mankind (the timing of the voyage is set to the ancient Egyptian/sidereal astrological year). Departing from the Point of FIRE in San Francisco, to the Point of WATER off the coast of Japan, to the Point of AIR in Turkmenistan, to the Point of EARTH in the Azores, and back to the Point of FIRE in San Francisco to complete the circle.
When the Sun aligns with the direct center or “Angel Point” of sidereal Aquarius, the Point of Elemental AIR (PoEA) can be expected to manifest in the vast, barren Kara Kum desert of Turkmenistan (just north of Iran). The next PoEA is on 29 Feb 2012 (and 28 Feb 2013, etc.). The AM47 ship was scheduled to have sailed from the Point of WATER off the coast of Japan and have docked at the Iranian port-city of Bandar-Abbas in the Straight of Hormuz by mid-Feb 2012. The crew of AM47 was then to travel north, overland through central Iran to Turkmenistan and into the Kara Kum desert to arrive at the PoEA at 37.47 N, 64.03 E on 29 Feb 2012 (and 28 Feb 2013, etc.). This point lies just east of the ancient city of Mary and the very ancient site of Gonur Tepe. Gonur Tepe is the recently discovered 5th center of world civilization of the ancient world (side by side with Mesopotamia, Egypt, India and China) that was the birthplace of Zoroastrianism (and hence Mithrasism and all monotheism), a religion based on the opposition of good and evil. There, the overland crew of AM47 was to generate, observe, dedicate and send Elemental AIR into Awareness.

Treasure Island in the SF Bay was supposed to be the home port of AM47. But now it turns out that the whole fucking island is contaminated by Naval Radiation and deemed uninhabitable. And the Fukushima wave is due to hit SF any day now. There are no words… other than FUCK!

A Fringe Festival (alternative/sustainable music, art and culture) in the Azores (part of a global “Fringe” network!) is taking place on June 19th in the Azores, just 19 days after my proposed AM47 Elemental EARTH Ceremony!!!! Not too shabby, eh? Plus there’s a reference to “1947” but it’s in Portuguese and I haven’t translated it yet! Still though, Pretty Fucken Stoked! I’m contacting them now about adjusting the event date to coincide with the arrival of The Mantra this time next year!!! WILD WISHING.
