ALTER MAN 47

Part of AM47’s mission is to follow through on a communication initiated by Whales, and to prove that we indeed can and do exchange information with these other intelligent aliens that are already on this planet. If we can’t even manage that then we do not qualify for First Contact, and rightly so.
